We keep our policies simple, so that ordinary people (and we ourselves) can follow!
STORE POLICY
For all The Pink Engine (TM) products, a warranty of 1 (ONE) month from the date of purchase, is offered. This warranty is applicable for manufacturing defects and/or seller errors only, and not for any kind of defect or breakage occurring out of abuse, misuse or not following instructions correctly.

For the warranty to be effective, The Pink Engine needs to be notified about the defect within 48 hours of delivery and the package has to be returned in pristine condition along with all the original contents as shipped by the seller.
​
Needless to say, we get to determine what “pristine” is. If a genuine defect is found upon receipt of the package at The Pink Engine, the return shipping cost up to ₹100 will be reimbursed.
​
Upon receipt of the defective package at our end, depending on whether you want a refund or an exchange – we will either refund the entire cost to you, or send you a replacement at no cost to you.
​
Approximate sizes in absolute dimensions are mentioned on each individual product page. Please pay heed to these before purchase. Please note that due to 3D printing tolerances on different machines there might be differences of upto 2% on each dimension.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Under no condition, will a build-kit which has already been assembled be returned or refunded.
​
We do accept returns for other valid reasons. Up to a period of 10 (TEN) days from the date of delivery.
​
Note that again, the package needs to be returned in pristine condition at a cost borne by the buyer WITHIN the 10 days stated above. If the returned package is found in a satisfactory condition, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the total original cost before refunding.
​
If the package is received in an unsatisfactory condition, then the restocking fee will be raised proportionally depending upon any superficial or functional damages caused by the customer. Please note that there will be NO REFUND if the damages permanently affect the re-sellability of the product.
​
Cancellation of an already ordered item needs to be done within 24 hours from the time of ordering for a full refund. The cancellation may be requested by writing to care@thepinkengine.com. Please note that the payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
​
Beyond this stipulated time frame of 24 hours, cancellation initiated by the customer will result in full forfeiture of any advance amount paid through any mode to The Pink Engine. However, if for any reason, we are the ones to cancel (this is highly improbable!), then a 100% refund of any amount paid till date will be done.
​
If products of The Pink Engine are undelivered or uncollected or unpaid for due to the customer after 30 days of dispatch or announcement of readiness for collection thereof, a storage charge of ₹50 per day for products upto a cumulative value of ₹20,000; and a storage charge of ₹100 per day for products beyond that value will be charged, upto a maximum of 30 days.

If products of The Pink Engine are undelivered or uncollected or unpaid for due to the customer after 60 days of dispatch or announcement of readiness for collection thereof, The Pink Engine reserves the right to dispose/auction off the products as they deem fit.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all of our products to any place in India which is served by any courier service operating in India. If you do live in a place where we cannot reach we will refund 100% of the amount that you may have paid to us.

If you are doubtful so as to whether your address can be reached by courier, please get in touch with us and we will clarify feasibility and may ask for any extra shipping charges as may be applicable.

We ship internationally as well. You will be able to check approximate shipping costs once you select the country that you want delivery to from the Checkout Page. Please note that the international shipping costs shown automatically are indicative only, but usually accurate.

Please note that your item will be shipped out after the lead time mentioned in the respective product page. In case, we are facing a very high number of orders, there might be a slight delay - but we ensure that that does not usually happen even in spite of strenuous circumstances.

If for any reason the product that we ship out cannot be collected/delivered after the courier has exhausted its attempts, then it will RTO to us. It will be deemed property of The Pink Engine after that. The product may be be re-shipped at the sole discretion of The Pink Engine at additional cost which will be intimated to the customer.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect the bare minimum of personal data and do not share or sell the same with third parties under any conditions. You may at any time request to opt out of our e-mail or social media lists by using the unsubscribe links in the same.
